In short
- One successful request is one PDF, however many pages (details).
- The period is your billing month; on the Free plan, the calendar month (UTC). Unused PDFs do not carry over.
- Past the plan’s PDFs, each extra PDF is paid from credits, at the price in the table. You buy credits in
advance in the web app, on any plan, Free included. For example, €25 of credits pays for 714 extra PDFs on the
€8 plan. Without credits, requests stop with
429until the next period or a purchase. Nothing is added to your invoice. - Credits never expire. Unused credits of a purchase can be refunded within 14 days of buying them.
- Stop at the plan limit: switch it on in the web app and requests stop at the plan’s PDFs, even with credits left.
